Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

We strive to ensure that you’re happy with every purchase. In case something doesn’t go as expected, our hassle-free returns and replacements process is here to help.

How It Works: If you’ve received an incorrect or expired product, raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery. Simply fill out the request form with your order details, or reach out to us via our Chat option.
1.For damaged or missing products, please submit a return or replacement request within 2 days of delivery.
2.Give us 2 working days to review your request.

3.Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup with our courier partner to collect the products from you.

If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the item using any reliable courier. Upon receiving the product, we’ll reimburse the shipping cost via your PayTM Wallet or Mamapay Wallet.

Once we receive the returned product, we’ll verify it and either issue a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on stock availability.

When Can I Return or Replace a Product?

Returns and replacements will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Expired product delivered

  • Damaged product delivered (including physical damage or tampered packaging)

  • Incomplete order (missing items)

Conditions for Non-Eligibility

Requests for returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

  • The product is opened, used, or altered

  • Original packaging (such as labels or mono cartons) is missing

  • The request is submitted after 7 days of delivery

  • The report for damaged or missing items is made after 2 days of delivery

Return Process

Once your request is approved, a pickup will be arranged, usually within 5-7 business days. Upon receipt, the product will undergo a quality check at our warehouse. After passing inspection, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, visit the order details page in the My Account section and select “Cancel.” You will be prompted to provide a cancellation reason.

Tamy reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, with or without prior notice to the customer. We may also verify the order before shipping by contacting the customer.

Note: Orders can only be cancelled if they are in “Ready to Ship” status.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: You’ll need to provide bank account details for refund processing.

Refund Timeline

For order cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. For returns, refunds will be issued within two weeks after the returned item has passed quality checks at our warehouse.

Can I Return Part of My Order?

Yes, you can return any eligible products from your order within 7 days of delivery.
